Clockwork's Turian Tech Appplication Empty
PostSubject: Clockwork's Turian Tech Appplication   Clockwork's Turian Tech Appplication EmptyThu May 12, 2016 3:29 pm

Steam Name: Clockwork
Steam ID: 1317129732739
Steam Profile Link: http://steamcommunity.com/id/1317129732739
Rp Experience: 4 years
Tell me a cool Mass Effect Fact: Turian citizens are expected to know how to create improvised explosives devices that are able to destroy tanks.

Character Name: Tyrix ‘Tricks’ Ignatius
Age: 21
What can your character do for our ship? (Muscle, Maintenance, Triggerman, Comedic Act, etc.): Tech specialist. Logical thinker.
Character Equipment: M-25 Hornet, M-3 Predator, EM Pulse inducers, hand-held computer and a quick hand.
Moral Alignment: Chaotic Neutral; “I’m not a hateful person, but the ends usually justify the means.”
Strengths:
Fast hand: Tyrix has an uncanny ability to quickly take thought to action.
Swift learner: Tricks has always had a fast mind, and can usually pick up the knowledge of others.
Heavyweight: With the rigorous training he’s put himself through on the side, his large stature has come in useful occasionally.
Weaknesses:
Brutally efficient: In most things he does with his life, he puts his life above few others, and finds the quickest solution to the problem.
Uncharismatic: Tyrix comes off as either quiet or a spaz, driven by his upbringing and his older brother’s example of a perfect child.
Poor marksman: Although he isn’t a terrible shot, he isn’t a sniper by any means. He’s had only a baseline of military training.
Character Backstory a.ka. how or why are you here (One paragraph minimum, be creative!):

Tricks checked his watch, swearing under his breath and running up the stairs to his apartment, swiping the chip past the lock and nearly running inside, closing the door behind him and sitting down at the chair, flicking on the two monitors just in front of him. He clicked rapidly a few times before pulling up a new window, squinting at it.

[Wed Oct 11 14:30:01 2183] [BluePlatinumMoth]: just need confirmation, you’ll be able to make it to Geisha at the time we discussed before?
[Wed Oct 11 14:32:52 2183] [stingrayder]: Yeah, I’ll be there. Who will I be meeting?
[Wed Oct 11 14:33:22 2183] [BluePlatinumMoth]: tardiness will not be tolerated. you won’t meet anyone, you should be receiving a ticket in a few hours. present that at the gate
[Wed Oct 11 14:33:49 2183] [stingrayder]: right. i’ll be waiting
[Wed Oct 11 14:34:02 2183] BluePlatinumMoth has disconnected. (No custom disconnect message.)
He sighed and stood up, looking at a water bottle next to his desk that was about half full from the day prior, looking at it before taking a drink from it, shrugging before crushing it, walking past the kitchen and tossing it into the bin. He stretched his arms, looking at the duffel bag on his bed. Tyrix steps over and flipping open a black case and pulling the slick carbon fiber of the Hornet, placing it against his shoulder and looking down the optic before sliding it off again, ejecting the magazine from it. After placing it in the case again, tapping the mag against his palm before storing it into the case, clipping it and locking it.

The Turian glances around, snapping his fingers before reaching to his hip and unclipping the Predator from it, dropping the magazine before making it safe, storing it in it’s own box, stacking it carefully to the case and placing it to the side. After a moment, he sweeps out of the bedroom, stepping beside the table and picking up his Omni-Tool module. He taps it a few times, sighing and holding it steady.

“Caiius?” Tyrix asks, looking into the display. A rather disgruntled-looking turian with a very similar orange facial tattoo comes to onto the screen, face lit by his screen but the background was dark. “Tricks, I love you, but-”
“I got a contracting job. I’m headed out tomorrow.”
Caiius was dead silent on the display, sitting up in the bed, leaning at an odd angle to see the screen, seeming to gaze into Tyrix’s expression.
“I just wanted to tell you. I know mom and dad don’t answer my calls.”
Caiius seems to glance off the screen, before pulling himself out of the bed, stepping into the other room of the apartment, onto the balcony. “Don’t get me wrong, I did-”
“I know. This is promising, I don’t know all the details yet. Finally, something I can do.”
“Just don’t get yourself into trouble, kid.”
Tricks sighs, running a hand along his crown, cracking a grin. “I’ll try.” Despite his attempt at a gesture, Caiius kept a straight face.
“I’ll uh, I’ll let you go.” Tyrix says quietly before ending the call without a reply, dropping his arm and rubbing his eyes, sighing and stepping into the bedroom, zipping up the bag silently.
