Weaknesses: He's a vegan, tends to be over-controlling at times, not too well-rounded on driving military vehicles, low pain - tolerance

Character Equipment: Tactical TRAUMA Kit, Phaeston, carnifex.

Character Backstory (One paragraph minimum, be creative!):
Neilar Lumin was born in the citadel to a middle-class family; his father held the rank of Sergeant in C-Sec, and his mother worked as the head TRAUMA surgeon for Huerta Medical Center. As he grew up, Nil was noted to hold many notable characteristics which included his natural, fluid leadership skills; his outgoing personality, and his droll nature. These characteristics expressed themselves in full after he reached the age of eleven- where his primary educators have witnessed his efficiency in retaining control over the groups he was assigned under; not one fellow student dared to question his authoritative nature as he lead his groups to success in class assignments and activities.

Naturally, this put his parents at a moment of fear as they did not want their child to be overly-controlling, and desired for him to use his natural abilities to assist his team and not purely himself. Hence, after he turned thirteen, he took and achieved his first-aid certification under guidance of his mother and her colleagues - which not only taught him general wound treatment, but the need to remain calm during tense situations - especially while taking a leading role in such. Additionally, he  received (and passed) his first defense training under guidance his father and a former military drill instructor-friend of his; whom both desired for Nil to become a military man. The training itself was rigorous for a child Nil’s age; and went through basic defense skills such as blocking and counter-attacking. It also taught him how to resolve a hostile (and, potentially, mentally unstable) person without ever having to carry out physical harm to him or her.

As Nil’s childhood slowly began to come to a conclusion, his parents saw his potential to become a great soldier and an effective medic. Nil's parents would first send him off to Boot Camp within in Palevan on his fifteenth birthday. There, he would be placed on a military base to be trained under the art of General Combat. The training for his medical skills would then take place in a military hospital located in the planet’s capital of Cipritine; which has been noted to have one of the busiest Emergency Care Center's in the planet. This would occur after a total of seven years; post - graduation Boot Camp and after he served the Turian Military.

The first few months were stressing; as he was not fully molded to endure the likes of the rough training offered. However, Nil would adapt quickly and was able to be characterized by his ability to adapt to most combat environments and thus become quickly able work efficiently under them. His superiors especially took note of his impressive skill in long range combat; his reaction time was quick, and his depth of perception was superb enough for him to earn the title of “marksman” after the second year of his training. In addition to his skills in adaptive and long-range combat, he became well oriented in the art of Close Quarters Combat against multiple species with thanks to the combat simulations offered.

On his twentieth birthday, Nil would graduate from boot camp as a standard marksman. He would be put on active military duty for the following five years; eventually serving as an infantryman while still keeping his adaptable and long-range combat skills in check (thanks to the physical training offered within the bases he took hospitality in). After his service concluded, he would be transferred to Palevan's capital to begin his medical training.

Starting out as a general medical intern; Nil would shadow TRAUMA specialists as they handled patients enduring a wide variety of illnesses and wounds. After his first two months of shadowing, he would begin his training to become a member of the hospital’s Rapid Response Team; where they handle in-hospital emergencies primarily focusing on the Emergency Room. The training took ten months to complete - which covered patient wound and illness treatment, basic drug administration, and psychology. After he graduated the training he was immediately put in under Rapid Response Assessee; where his performance in the hospital was closely monitored by the higher-ranking staff for the following two months. What came out of Nil’s assessment was his superiors noting his significant leadership and conflict-resolution skills; which were considered highly impressive considering his young age. After his assessment was complete, Nil would spend a full two years in the same hospital as a member of its Rapid Response Team; handling patients in emergent need - essentially, this was the zenith to his medical training. Once the years ended, he would return to his parents in the citadel as a member of Huerta Medical Center's Rapid Response Team... And, after a year of serving, he learn of the unstable conditions of Hiromi City  and would be contracted by the Syndicate to serve as one of their Medical members - in the event where one of the crew members were to be injured, it would be Nil whom the crew could rely on for their treatment.

Alter it abit so its not the joint task force stuff and were kosher. Just want to see how you made your way to the Geisha. This goes for both Apps.

He may / will be gay and he will be a Turian. Personality wise, that is yet to be defined. I will be having trusted people guide me in Nil's deveopement, not strangers. Sorry.

You said, that you need new ideas for characters. Since all of your previous characters were gay turians, it's kinda logical that i'm going to suggest you to create something completely new. Oh, and please, no witty nicknames. Yes, i'm know, that you not the only one who using them, but following someone's mistakes is horrible idea.

I never said I needed new ideas for characters, and would greatly appreciate it if you did not attempt to dictate what my characters need to be for your comfort. I am a long-time writer, and am perfectly capable of making differing characters. The challenge is - I am good at making foils in literature - but not in roleplay. Which is why, as I say again, I am having trusted people assist me in Nil's developement.

I do not believe you can do that; considering it was Legion whom put my application on pending after we settled things with my ban.

edit: If Legion feels the need to recede my decision, he's free to do so. Though, considering the entire administration, save for one person was in unanimous agreement to fail your probation, I figured it would be O.K to make this call.

Again, Legion set this application to Pending the day I was unbanned; despite my failure. I have high doubts you have permission to override an owner's decision.

I have talked with Sail and have come to a decision. Nil will return, but prior interactions will be retconned. They are a passenger going from point A to point B. Good luck, dont get ded.
