Tell me a cool Mass Effect Fact: According to Ratch, pyjaks were brought to Tuchanka by a trader who had visited Eletania. A bunch of Pyjaks stowed board the trader's ship and then came runnin out when the trader landed on Tuchanka, stealing a bunch of stuff and shitting all over the place.

Character Equipment: No thanks.
Moral Alignment:
Strengths: Muscular. Friendly face. Biotic.
Weaknesses: Easily distracted by Pyjaks. Anger issues. Does not work well with Krogan.
Character Backstory:
The varren in question, now known as Peritas, was originally born on Thessia, in a secluded natural valley where the parasitic varren species had ravaged the local ecosystem. Due to the large amounts of element zero on Thessia, Peritas was a rare varren born with inherent biotic ability. The mighty pup itself was relatively large and muscular. This caused Peritas to be even more aggressive and short tempered; and it soon became the alpha of its original pack.
In his young years, he came across an entrepreneurial Asari corporation moved into the valley in order to create luxury living space intended for Matriarchs, and begun exterminating the local varren population. Many varren within the valley, due to their cunning and desire for survival, migrated away rather than staying to die. Leaving its valley of birth, Peritas came across signs of civilisation on Thessia, coming across its first asari settlement. The Asari immediately saw it as a threat, and local law enforcement sent a dispatch to exterminate it. However,  the dispatch itself was unprepared for such a powerful creature or the Asari corpse that laid at his feet. Clearly, this was a threat to be reckoned with, and the Asari military was informed. The Asari commandos took interest when it was discovered that the varren had biotic ability. They decided to capture the alpha rather than being put out of its misery. They transferred Peritas to a training colony off-world. The poor varren was transported on a regular cargo ship, lacking in some defensive capabilities. The ship seemed to be a juicy target, and a couple of Blood pack fighters who were on the prowl gave chase. After a short exchange of fire, the cargo ship was boarded and the crew was exterminated or captured. All valuable cargo was swiftly looted, including Peritas.
After this, Peritas was transported to Omega along with the rest of the cargo in order to be organised by the mercenary group. There, after being unboxed, Peritas was tranquillised and shown to the Krogan leader of that particular Blood pack dock. Selfishly thinking, he noticed the possible business opportunity, and procured the varren for himself. This Krogan was known as Glot. Glot tossed the beast into training and sicked him on a low ranking vorcha. Peritas woke up in a dingy, dirty courtyard in Omega, where he was greeted by this vorcha. The groggy Peritas was terrified, and immediately attacked the vorcha, ripping it to shreds. At that moment, Glot was content. He immediately assigned Peritas a permanent human handler named Harroway, and gave the order that he be prepared for fighting in local arenas. It was there that Harroway gave the varren the name of Peritas, after the legendary hound belonging to Alexander the Great. Harroway formed an unwitting bond with Peritas, and soon enough the varren was winning many fights within the arena. It wasn't always easy and it found him plenty of scars. Glot was becoming increasingly proud of his varren, and was shoving him into fights every week at the least. This caused concern for Harroway, who although was receiving much more attention from Glot, his senior, he was worried for the well-being of Peritas. After one fight where Peritas had almost fallen victim to his fellow varren, Harroway made the risky decision of escaping the Blood Pack, along with Peritas. On the way out, Glot came across them as he made his way to praise his prized Varren. Enraged and bewildered, Glot charged at Harroway, knocking him to the ground. Peritas reacted on instinct, regarding Harroway as a pack member. It lunged itself at Glot, gripping onto his back with his claws. Glot bellowed in pain and anger, stumbling under the huge weight of the Varren. Then Peritas sunk its teeth into the krogan's neck, buying time to set the toad creature to death. Harroway and Peritas hurriedly fled further into the bowels of Omega.
Here, they came across a seemingly sympathetic Volus merchant and his personal Turian bodyguard. He gave the pair aid, being cautious of the daunting varren. He returned to his relatively luscious apartment and rented out another for Harroway and the varren, showering them with food and gifts. Harroway was dumbstruck with relief, and immediately recognised one of the Turian guards as an old friend from when he lived on the citadel, a male named Sius. On the second evening, the volus merchant informed Harroway that he would be giving himself and the varren a way out of omega and blood pack territory before he went back to his own apartment. Late that night, a quick rapping on the door brought Harroway and Peritas out of their sleep. Harroway allowed the guest in, who turned out to be Sius. Sius was evidently nervous, and shut the door quickly behind him. He then informed Harroway that the Volus merchant knew all about Peritas due to his Asari contacts. He was planning on returning Peritas to the Asari for experimentation. From there, Harroway and Sius packed their belongings and fled with Peritas in tow. They boarded a cargo ship and decided to flee to a further corner of the terminus systems, to a place called Oasis station. However, this ship was once more attacked by pirates. Harroway was left dead after the ensuing fight. Sius fled aboard a shuttle with the few remaining crew. Peritas, along with the rest of the cargo, was left behind.
These new pirates were much less vicious than the blood pack, and generally ignored Peritas, deeming him as an every day varren. They left the scene of the crime after scuttling the abandoned cargo ship, and immediately went to Oasis station to refuel. They sold most of their cargo, but the varren wouldn't be taken due to the impracticality of tending to it. So, the pirate captain took him, muzzled, to a local bar, and used Peritas as a form of currency whilst gambling. Over the next two days, he won all his games, until a particular Turian named Sius found himself playing. Sius didn't recognise the captain, but certainly recognised the Varren. The captain, drunk on a mixture of confidence and alcohol, lost the following game, and immediately flew into a rage. He dragged Sius outside, but Peritas knew the friendly face. He charged into the pirate captain from behind, knocking him flat. From there, Sius and the varren knew to flee, evading the pirate crew. They went back to the fueling depot, where Sius collected his few things, and stowed themselves on a new cargo ship, which shortly departed afterwards. The cargo ship  known as the Geisha.

I'd work on spacing out the paragraphs a little more. While reading through your backstory, I constantly skipped over words and returned to my previous line, and that doesn't happen for me if the paragraphs are spaced out instead of on the next line.
