Why did you choose this race?: was told they're was a shit ton of quarians already, I prefer the avian features and general make up of the whole Turian race as well as they're characteristics.

Character Backstory a.ka. how or why are you here (One paragraph minimum, be creative!): Galtus grew up on the planet Taetrus, during his adolescence Taetrus was a mostly quiet if not all to shy Turian. He spent most of his time at a local shipping company earning a general wage for himself as he had not attended any form of education. He and his family of four consisting of two brothers himself and his mother lived in squaller in a desolate part of the city Tarantus. Although the region was poor it was often peaceful, few if any real fights broke out amongst the family's in the region, but in latter years this would all change as the hierarchy demanded more troops for the ongoing war.
Galtus was the oldest of his brothers and as such was the first to be conscripted during a lock down, he was taken out of his local safe camp and placed into a recruitment center where he was vigorously trained. Each member of this tactility was embellished with the mark of Taetrus as well as his Conscription date. He was shipped off to serve under a small fridget where he served as front line infantry riflemen. (Start and end of duty).
Galatus returned a veteran to his homeworld to find his city had been refurbished to server the rich and higher citizens of the planet, his family were nowhere to be found, he gad latter discovered that his brother's had been conscripted bar the youngest, Setus. He and his mother had been killed by rebellion forces during a supposed uprising in the year before Galtu's return. He had known the region and known well that it could have easily been an act of treachery by the hastatim, with the affliction of his hatred for the snobs in the area simply able to have such a high quality of life, and the unknown truth of his family Galatus had little choice in his a career path as still being a lower key citizen, he borded the Geisha in search of a new life as an extra armed hand.
His loyality seem's conflisted but he appears to liek the pay and serves under the crew as such. (( I think the captain should know he's ex-Military but know his reasons for being on the ship, I.e money and possibly a bit of his backstory as afor mentioned)
