Deviss 'Pulse' Abbott Was born on Sakharov Station over Uranus. Staying there until seventeen, Deviss and his twin Jason joined the Alliance at the young age of 17. While Deviss became a medic his brother choose a different path splitting the once unseperable boys. About one year into their service the two came back to their birthplace on leave. Getting blindly drunk Deviss woke up in a cargo container aboard the Geisha, the gear on his back and a single note being the only posessions he had.
